you could definitely cook healthy version of what they are used to eating. Half of my household is dieting and half isn't. Whenever I can I use lean meats and reduced fat cheeses and stuff, it makes a difference and the guys can't tell the difference! My husband is a twig. 6'2'' and may be like 150 at the most. I am 5'6'' and was 244 at my heaviest. He was trying to gain weight as I am trying to lose weight :) I told him he can have all of mine <3

50-60 hours is pretty standard for a salaried job. I work 39 hours a week

I usually do that but last night at Unos I ordered one of their "mini" desserts, thinking I had been good that day and thought it was going to be SMALL, It was a full sized cookie with a scoop of ice cream and whipped cream and was 660 calories :-X never deviate from the planned dinner LOL

I also work 5-2 monday through Friday. I eat 5 meals a day and a snack. Mini breakfast (like a banana) on the way to work, Breakfast at 8 (usually oatmeal), lunch 1 at 10 (soup and fruit) , lunch 2 at 2 (couscous, salad, small sandwich, etc), dinner at 6 and a snack around 8 right before bed (popcorn).
