Sadly no but my goal was a little ambitious. I was 190 on October 6th, and about 8 lbs lighter on October 7th ;) I was hoping to be 155 by January 1, but I think I'm going to be 163-165.

So long as you aren't the only one, then you're good to go!
-
You made my day ROFL! It's not terribly cold where we are (coast of British Columbia) but there is lots of hockey :D
-
Probably not the right outfit for the occasion.

When I tried to start running again after I had my oldest, I injured both knees by starting too hard. I didn't realize exactly how hard pregnancy was on my body. I'm starting slower this time and having better luck. Does the seat on your jogger fully recline?
-
Hi! I put on 40lb with both of my pregnancies, but only lost 25 in between. My little guy is 2.5 months <3

I'm not sure I'd weigh myself the day after a binge, but you've got lots of time. In the unlikely event that you put on weight from one bad day, it's mere ounces. I'm sure weigh-in day will go great!

I log anything above ordinary. Meaning, I don't log doing the dishes. I do log the 'OMG I have company coming over in three hours and my house is a mess' cleaning. If the baby is particularly fussy and I spend most of the day pacing the house bouncing him, I also log that. I have my activity set at sedentary.

Mine is "this body gave me my babies; the stretch marks and saggy skin are a small price to pay"

Friday mornings. Any more than that is counterproductive for me.

I have my activity level set to sedentary, so I log some of those things. Mopping the floor with a 12lb baby on your hip is hard work ;)

After being married for a few years and struggling with fertility, I put on about 20lb. When we found out I would require IVF to have biological children, I needed a time-out and focused on me for a bit. I had been fit before I got married, and with a little work I got back into shape! When I was training for a 10k run I…

100 grams on how many calories?
-
If it's sincere, then there's no such thing as too nice.

Possibly water weight or bloat? Meat, especially red meat, is higher sodium. Have you cut out a lot of dairy? Dairy effects me really negatively.

^ Done that...

I used my leftover calories yesterday on chips and a cider :embarassed: Every once in a while is fine.

Don't like going to the gym with hubs. Believe it or not, I go with my Dad.
-
I'd love a 6-pack, but I've had two c-sections and I'll take what I can get

I'm 5'6" and 168lb, trying to get to a size 4, which was historically 130ish, but 2 beautiful baby boys later my body is a different shape, so I'm not sure on the weight. Exercise goal: Run 10k in May, and half marathon in October.
-
I try to net about 1700. I'm a nursing mother, and 500ish goes to milk production, so I guess a net of 1200 is more accurate.

A lot of my protein comes from beans and legumes. Also from whole grains. I'm on the upper Sunshine Coast of BC. Wanna talk about isolated?

Am I missing something? Is this not a food journal? A user friendly one at that? I still think there's a place for dietitians. They may give you different advice, or recommend a higher rate of weight loss (if you're extremely overweight and they're supervising), or are helping you with a medical condition like…
