That's actually good input. Maybe I should hold off until it's time to upgrade to a Garmin or something. Thanks so much!

Thanks for the responses so far. For further clarification, I'm not as concerned with the calories burned (LOL, never thought I'd say that) as much as wanting the data for training purposes. I like the idea that the info goes on to my Runkeeper graphs. http://runkeeper.com/heart-rate-monitoring I use Android. For iPhone…

Jam is definitely the worst thing in my fridge right now. Ugh...it's basically fruit flavoured sugar :s

29! Actually 29, not "29".

Mine is friends only. It hols me accountable to my friends, but doesn't put me out there for random criticism by strangers.

I like Mark's Work Warehouse. When they are on sale they're not too bad. I've saving my big bucks for when I hit my target weight.

I think sizes in the states are bigger than in Canada. Last time I was shopping down there, I was buying size 4, when here I wore 6/8

^ That

Also, when it comes to shopping lists and meal plans, try to plan the meals, then the groceries that you need for it, rather than planning the shop and trying to find meals to fit it.

The only thing I would suggest is you should try making your own hummus rather than buying it. It's quick, easy, cheap, and tastier than store bought. Otherwise looking good!!

My son's race car track...

I started at 135, and put on 40lb with my first. I only lost 25 of that before getting pregnant again and gaining another 40lb. For those keeping track, that put me at 190 at my heaviest. I've lost 29, but still have 26 to go. So far it looks like the weight is coming off proportionately, but with 26 to go who knows what…

Pretty close! CW - 161 lbs. H: 5'6" GW: 135 lbs. Age: 29

Not having to buy new, bigger, work clothes at the end of my mat leave LMAO!

I'm eating 1800/day and feeding my chunky 3 month old. Drink lots of water and make sure you're getting enough fat (good fat).
-
it's normal to put on 20-30lb in a pregnancy. The weight is more than just baby http://www.americanpregnancy.org/pregnancyhealth/eatingfortwo.html Talk to your doctor and figure out what an appropriate diet for you would be.

When you're making a salad, grate them. I find it works better with the texture of a salad (carrots are typically the hardest vegetable in a salad...)
-
saltines and B Vitamins helped me. Sorry you're so sick :(
-
Watch your portions, make "healthier" choices, and remember you walk TONS!!! And have fun! (jealous...)

at your weight, the calories are probably realistic. I'm not sure I can contribute much more than what other people have said. So just to reinforce: more fruits & veggies, less sodium, less cheese, better meat choices.
-
LOL! That mentality is what's landed me on MFP in the first place.
-
Totally the Milano Panini. Looks YUMMY! I'd get it with a tossed salad and get them to skip the fries.
-
^^ Yeah, that.

I've been married for 5 years, and we lived together for a year before that. I'll admit that about half the time we make separate dinners. He's not willing to eat what I cook for the most part, and I'm not willing to be fat. So yes, it was WAY easier single. I still <3 him though!

I didn't think I wanted an ereader until my inlaws bought me one. I LOVE it!!! I think my favourite part is that I can read one handed (really nice if you get into a comfy spot and don't want to shift to turn the page, or if the baby is sleeping on my arm).
