I'm 31. Reading this post in a Radiohead t-shirt. Being a grownup isn't happening today. :) But for real, even though it's hard to let the stuff go, I find I've never regretted donating anything!

I'm very busy (like we all are!) but I find my grab and go foods usually include raw vegetables portioned out into ziploc bags, hard boiled eggs, yogurt., fresh fruit, tuna in the pouch, sandwich thins (really thin rolls with around 100 cals for the whole roll). Good luck!

My HR was running between 150-160 bpm, and I was working for about 45 minutes today on the Pracor Open Stride Machine (weird elliptical that lets you go in any direction). HRM said I burnt 283, machine said 600 and change. I'll stick with the HRM, I suppose!

I did garlic, 2 laughing cow light swiss wedges, and 1/8 cup of milk to make a cheese sauce for asparagus last night!

I start work at 6 am and I usually graze throughout the morning: Coffee, piece of fruit, greek yogurt and hard boiled egg (I have about six hours between breakfast and lunch break - so I try to space out my foods in the morning). On the weekends: Fruit, light multigrain english muffin, peanut butter and 1 egg. :)

What really struck a chord with me was my nutritionist telling me to schedule exercise like it was an appointment. If you have a smart phone, schedule it in. It makes you accountable, and gets you into a schedule. After a while you're going to look forward to it...the challenge of pushing yourself....well at least I do! :)…
