Flour shocked me. I used to make myself many flour based snacks at night, and I thought cutting back on sugar and grease would be good for me calorie-wise. Only after joining MFP did I realize 1/2 cup of White flour is around 220 calories alone! Forbid you add anything else to it.

I would love to see the data you get from your heart monitor. Right now I put in hooping at about 400 calories an hour after reading lots and lots of postings and taking a lower estimate. Personally I prefer the elliptical. I have knee pain, and the treadmill really makes it a lot worse. Some variety is good, but I feel as far as minimizing joint stress overtime, the elliptical is much better. I also find I can "cheat" on the treadmill more easily, as in to try to lessen my knee strain I found ways to "run"…

I've already been to Setsucon this year. I'm also going to be heading to at least AnimeNext and Otakon. I'd like to try and fit in Zenkaikon and maybe AnimeUSA or Nekocon as well, but we'll see how that goes. 1 month til AnimeNext, so excited!

I'm a huge fan of shoujo manga. I particularly like themed shoujo like sports or showbiz and historical manga. My favorite series is Sailor Moon, and my second fave is Skip Beat. I've read quite a bit over the years, and looove collecting manga, though tough financial times have put a hold on that.
