I'm super excited about this! I think that I'm going to go ahead and invest in it, within the next 2 weeks since I'm finishing up my seasonal employment next week... Tax time is almost done!... Yay!... Then I can really have a life and be able to focus on my nutrition and exercise goals.

I'm going anywhere between 145-165 myself. I got down to 127 when I was going through my divorce in 2005 and I see pictures now and think that I look like I had a eat disorder or substance abuse problem. Definitely not a good look for my frame at 5'8". I would be completely satisfied at 165 and a size 9-10.

Hey, I've been there... I'm what you would call an emotional eater... I don't think 10 cheat days out of 74 is the issue... I think the issue is beating yourself up in addition to already being stressed out, upset or whatever it is that you were feeling when you tried to comfort yourself with food... I allow myself 1-2…

I've been thinking of getting this myself and starting it, but although I see a lot of positive comments on it, is it really worth the money and do you have a workout partner to keep you motivated?

Leslie Sansone has a number of DVDs called Walk Away The Pounds. I used them when I fractured my ankle and I have Patellar Tracking Disorder in both of my knees. I also used The Firm step workouts for a while there too. Yes, these are old workouts but they are low impact, good for beginners or those of us that need to heal…

I am taking this at a dose of 37.5mg. This is my 2nd experience with it. The first time I did pretty good with it.
