No, but I have noticed my taste IN alcohol has changed. used to chug beer like t was water, now just 2-3 beers gives me a massive hangover. On the flipside, I now enjoy more flavorful drinks like Old Fashioneds. I drink less of them (2-3 drinks vs 12-16 beers like I used to) and I feel better in the morning.

Silence.... At least till I get home tonight. Then I have a bunch of songs to start learning for the band. I have "Uptown Funk" by Mark Ronson on deck, plus "Hello" from Dragonette. Need to learn those 2 by next week.

I decided to try this ice cream I found at the store. It was 130 calories for the PINT!! I was like SCORE!!!!!!!!! Picked up the chocolate peanut butter cup (because you can't go wrong there) and after one spoonful I threw it away. It tasted like frozen stagnant water. So gross. I'm in the same boat. My birthday is coming up and I am looking at a long weekend to celebrate. Trying to plan ahead to curb the intake of calories I know I am going to be consuming. I use it for my protein shakes at breakfast and after a workout. I use the unsweetened kind, so the calories are lower (35 per serving). I like the taste in the shakes better than cow's milk.
