Hi. I am also in SoCal. I just sent a friend request. Good Luck

Yep sounds like a sodium issue. when I make it, I buy the low sodium ones and then I rinse them really good in a strainer before putting in the pot. Helps get as much excess sodium used in canning off. Drink extra water that day and the next to flush out your system.

I know for me personally, I need a day between really tough work outs for recovery. Especially when I start something new. I know my hubby alternates upper and lower workouts for the same reason though he will exercise everyday. I alternate days when I do something like JM's workout and then do either a different focus or…

I always work out in the evenings and it has never adversely affected me. I even read somewhere that you get a greater burn during sleep if you did HIIT. Last year when I lost so much weight, I was always working out and then going to bed within an hour and it didn't hurt anything

I almost made it for Nov (1/2 pound short). I plan to rock this for December even with the holidays. I WILL have much better willpower than Thanksgiving and will up my exercise. Dec 1 - 201 Dec 9 - Dec 16 - Dec 23 - Dec 31 - Goal - 195 (Yes I am shooting for an extra 1) Let's rock December
-
Darn it if Thanksgiving didn't blow this one for me (or maybe it was me shoveling the food in.... ) 11/11 - 205.5 11/18 - 200.5 11/24 - 199 11/30 - 201 Guess I will be satisfied with a 4.5 loss for the month which was actually short for me since I didn't start til the 11th. I will be rockin this for December though

-
Take your measurements. I am sure they have changed. WTG on the 22 lost forever!!!
-
Made it for November....now to tackle December
-
Don't give up. This is a journey that will have its ups and downs. The thing to do is pick yourself up and keep going. Find things that you like to get yourself moving more if exercise is your problem. With McDs....bring your own and only eat there maybe once a week and go for the healthier options if you need to eat…
-
Unfortunately NORMAL....I am always up about 2 pounds when TOM hits and then it goes away about five days later. Just keep plugging along.
-
11/11 - 205.5 11/18 - 200.5 11/24 - 198.5 Only One more day left in the month and I have to figure out how to lose the Thanksgiving food fest....
-
So Cal girl here. I am always up early since I have two kids (hubby makes 3) and a full time job. Feel free to add me
-
Mid day check in 9 glasses of water down walk at lunch Willpower to resist the donuts AGAIN Whoo hooo Now to finish out my afternoon strong!!!!
-
If you are already at 100 - 125 ounces, I wouldn't double it unless you know for sure it is safe. My doctor says it is really hard to get water poisoning unless you drink litterally gallons all at once. Just to be safe though, maybe just add a glass or two to shake up your routine. Way to go on the calorie burn.....I just…
-
Hello all Still early here on the West Coast so the water has started and the Will Power is definately there as I have avoided the donut box at the office for the third day in a row..... Walking at lunch and need to figure out an evening workout tonight. Keep strong everyone!!!!! I will check back later
-
Way to go a day early.....Now you get double benefit.

I am planning to post it each week on Tuesday for the following day. I was doing this with someone else when I lost previously on MFP and now that I am back, I need that midweek motivation... Look for it each week. Plus anyone who wants to send friend requests - they are always welcome. Let's rock the Mid Week Hump Day!!!
-
Great Job. When you think typically 10 pounds is a dress size, YES 5 pounds can make a huge difference. Keep it up!!!
-
11/11 - 205.5 11/18 - 200.5 Down 5!!!! Got to love the first week you get back on track after being gone. Now comes the hard part of keeping the motivation going when you know the loss will slow down
-
You probably are more hungry today because you had so much left over yesterday. I know if I don't eat all my cals one day, the next day I want to eat everything in sight. Go for a healthy low cal snack, fruit or vegies if possible and take a walk. They will balance each other out.
-
Looks like you have alot of Sugar and Carbs in your diet and very little in the fruit and vegie category. You might want to try switching those out a little bit. Otherwise, you aren't generally going over your goal or eating too little calories. Also, make sure your water is good because you seem to have quite a bit high…
-
This may sound wierd but you may not be getting enough calories. If you eat between 1300 - 1500 but are buring 500 - 600, then your net calories are significantly below 1200 and you may be actually starving your body. I am no expert but this popped into my head on reading your dilemma. Stick with it and it will come
-
I am in the same boat with you. I lost 30 on MFP last year and have been absent for six months and am starting over as of last weekend. Feel free to add me...
-
Well I am coming back and am late for starting in November but no better time than the present. My goal is to still lose 5 in November even though I only have 2/3 of the month. November 11th - 202.5 Bring it on November
-
OK this is the best topic I have seen all day long
-
You need to do what is good for you. If you are now on the thin side, try weight training to gain muscle. Feel good about yourself and not what others are telling you.
-
I am forgetting that Feb existed for weight loss and focusing going forward. All major events are done and over with and now to focus on me: 3/1 - 179

Tuesday: 60 minutes walk during kid's baseball practice Wednesday Plan: 20 min walk at Lunch, Turbo Jam (30 Min), 30 min walk at baseball practice GO GO GO
