I just count calories. I don't exercise. But, when I do, I have an app on my phone called "home workout". It's body weight exercises with no equipment necessary.

Hey guys! My name is Stacey. February was my first month in this group. I've been consistently losing weight just by counting calories. I gave birth to my son 9/22/18. I've started this weight loss journey 12/01/2018 and have lost 16 lbs so far. I'm happy to be apart of this team!

Your Sw was 133.6 1st week: 130.8 2nd week: 134.2 Looks pretty normal to me. The scale doesn't show your fat loss. It could be water. Keep counting calories, weighing out your food... Just keep in mind that it's normal for your weight to fluctuate. You're not a disaster.
