I took care of clients and the doctor required me to weigh her first thing in morning after urination for the correct dry wt. I have to lose 30 lbs too. Fortunately I don't drink, but I love to eat, taht is a big challenge, everything we do where I live revolves around food. Good luck to you:flowerforyou:

Just started my program today, joined a gym and this site was recommended, I am so excited bout this, it makes things easy as far as eating and takes most of the guess work out of counting calories. I will try to use it faithfully everyday for every meal.
