It's alot of fun. A really good burn, and challenging. If I get lost in the moves, I just run on the spot and watch them do the sequence once. Just keep moving! You can do it! I've lost 13lbs in 2.5 weeks using TF and a clean eating diet.

I'm almost 5'10 and i have a big frame. 170 has looked good on me in the past (as in 2 summers ago). I was a size 10 and quite toned. I've got pretty long legs too. So It makes me look taller and more slender.

I was a groom for alot of years. And I rode alot too and colt started. I found I did alot of lifting and upper body work. But I was lacking most in cardio. Probably cuz most people think that starving themselves is the way to get "skinny". No one ever think about eating to be healthy. Or that more sensible meals in a moderate quantity are better than little meals with no substance.

You're in the same weight loss category as me. If I get hungry in the evening, I make a big salad. Theres virtually no calories, and no harm in it. A big bowl of mixed greens and a few little bits of veg (not carrots. Too much sugar), won't put you off track. And all the fibre really fills you up!

I do Turbo Fire in the the am. Then at night I go for a speed walk with 2lb weights on my wrists (pump your arms at a 90 degree angle. You'll feel the burn for sure). When I get back, I do a few reps/sets with some light free weights. Women don't have the testosterone to "bulk up". Super ripped women just do higher weights…

I do my workout in the morning. I wake up, put on my clothes. And head downstairs to hit play. Working out from home is a big plus. I don't have to spend time driving to the gym. I am on a 1200 calorie diet. I workout for 30-60 mins in the am. And at least 30 mins in the pm. No gym. Just Turbo Fire, walk/jogging and some 5lb hand weights. I've lost almost a pound a day. For anyone considering NOT taking a rest day. My brother is a bodybuilder. He says you need a day rest so your body repairs itself. This is when the muscles get stronger. He also uses his rest day as his "cheat day". He's going to nationals for all natural bodybuilding, so I trust his word.

I just started it today. It's so awesome! Chalene is really supportive in the video. She even scolds the class at one point for not walking around in the recovery minute lol. :laugh:

I have patellar femoral syndrome. Have since I was a kid. I had to wear a brace on my right knee all the time, except when sleeping or showering. I started wearing one again to jog and it's really helped. Just the slip on Tensor with the side supports and hole in the middle.Worth the $15 investment.
