I need to target three areas of my body... Back fat, any suggestion on how to tighten up and get rid of?? I drank 1 bottled water yesterday...which I might add was painful:embarassed: Today I will try for 2 waters. Exercise for today has been 10 minutes of climbing my stairs..lol..my kids think I am losing it!! Cheers everyone and good luck!!:wink:
