I calculate my TDEE at a sedentary level without exercise and subtract a percentage, making sure it's not lower than my BMR and then eat back my exercise calories so it works the same.

Best filling thing for me is 2 hard boiled eggs and 1/4 cup of almonds. Lots of good fats and protein. I usually have them as a mid-morning snack but it's so filling that I could easily move it to being a breakfast. Hard boil the eggs the night before. I have a 1.5 liter water bottle: holds 6 - 8oz cups. I fill it twice a day. It's the easiest way to have water around me all the time and be able to just gulp down as much as possible at once.

Get Pre Approved for your loan BEFORE you start looking so that you stay in your price range and once you find a home, aren't surprised if you're NOT approved. There is a great book "Home Buying for Dummies" and the first couple of chapters goes through getting ready to buy a home financially. I recommend it.

I'm 5'11" I'm going for between 145-150 but mostly just want to be toned. I would like to be a size 8 in jeans and a medium/large shirt. I'm pretty close to being there, and the strength training I'm doing should get me there in a few months!

Right after work, it's part of my routine now. Get off work at 5, get my kid, and head to the gym. They have daycare there for $10 a month. It's the perfect set up for me.
