i can't even do one and i have upper body strength. i do push offs: off the wall, off the counter. more power to those who can. wow.
-
i'm interested to know and will add mine eventually.
-
i'll finish up the 3 oz on my desk. that should put me at my 8 cups for the day.

absolutely worth it. highly recommend. i bought mine off of ebay for 24.99 schwinn. it's programmable and remembers 30 of my workouts and syncs to the machines in my gym to give me a HR reading, don't even have to look at the watch. get the one with the chest strap. buy it.

my goal is to be 5 lbs lighter by october 31st, so i'm in

yep, totally different person. congrats on your weight loss.

i'm sure i've been at least 7 times this morning

i will agree on the decrease in appetite - but mostly so with sweets. i never thought i could turn down something sweet, but i have. just finished cup no. 6 about to refill for two more and make a stop at the bathroom. thanks for sharing. i get tired of drinking it, but if my body wants it, who am i to deny it, eh?
-
cool, that's all i have left thanks

i would eat a little something. doesn't have to be a full meal. i think i've only experienced that twice - the not hungry thing and that's because i had a power bar after my workout and i'm never hungry after eating it. i snack on something or sometimes have a later lunch.

nice work. i'm a newbie to running, somewhat. i would only do the treadmill, but it hurts my shins, so now i'm outside running. 8 miles yesterday, 2nd day outside. it's fun. congrats on your progress.
-
congrats to you, keep it up. p.s. - running is fun and addictive

i bought a low sodium cookbook, maybe you can find one. it's been my short experience that the best way to monitor your food is to cook it yourself. anything that comes prepackaged for our convenience is not low in sodium and is would have been better off cooked at home with fresh ingredients. start small, with easy meals…

record, learn and move on.

i say go for it...as long as you have done some distance running. my first real run outside w/o stopping was 7.63 miles and i wasn't training for anything, just running because i could. you can always stop if you can't continue.

greetings karen and welcome
-
they sure do. i work out with a heart rate monitor. i can get the calorie burned amount for any activity, listed or not.
-
welcome joey!

i'm on cup no 7. please send another stomach with which to fill up and i'll be glad to join the challenge. :)

i'm eating my chocolate too. i did switch to dark chocolate, but every once in a while i have a piece of yummy milk chocolate. believe me, i worked for it. :)

great for you. i can just feel your excitement. keep it up!

that elliptical is a beast. i rather run on the treadmill, but it kills my shins. it took me a while to get used to the elliptical. i started on resistance 6 and now my resistance is between 8 and 11 for an hour. it gets easier, but i had to do it every day for a week for an hour each day to get there. just keep at it. it…

yep, depends on what your goal is and sometimes how much time you have. i prefer distance if i have the time. if not, i'm kicking it up to speed.
-
we have no excuses. great image.

that's what i will call it now. the "third boob". Ha!

I'M IN The same boat. upper looks good, lower looks saggy. too bad i can't push that fat up to my breasts.
-
i love that one. she is very easy to follow. i do the 2 mile walk - not burning a lot, so i also use weights.

i like this. i'm on cup 4. some days are worse than others, but i'm drinking it. now i just have to figure out where to get the money from. :)
