believe it or not drinking through a straw makes drinking water easier for me. i do what i can, if i don't get 8 one day, i don't sweat it. usually i start off with a bottle first thing in the morning, then one on the way to work. when i get to work, i get a tall glass, ice and a straw. fill it up twice, that's 4 more cups…
