      Thanks! I learned a lot along the way; about myself, about my body and met the underlying issues head on. I journaled everything, it's funny but I had to find out what made me tick.
      I had been told from a young child I was 'big boned' and the way God made me. Wrong, I am not big boned and I'm the way I made me. My choices brought me to 511 lbs and now my choices brought me to 175.

      I am 6'2" and some loose skin, but losing weight gradually helped it not be as bad as it could benvwq3cg5od4o.jpg

      I've been maintaining at 183 since August, but my new trainer suggested dropping to 175 to have a little bigger buffer as I begin building muscles. So 3 weeks later, boom 175. My new home.
