    I am 6'2" and some loose skin, but losing weight gradually helped it not be as bad as it could benvwq3cg5od4o.jpg

    I've been maintaining at 183 since August, but my new trainer suggested dropping to 175 to have a little bigger buffer as I begin building muscles. So 3 weeks later, boom 175. My new home.

I woke up this morning feeling like there is no way I am going to lose 95lbs, it's going to take forever how on earth am I going to sustain doing what I have been doing for the past few weeks for the rest of my life???...woah is me... poor me...
