Strong, usually black. Every once in a while I'll treat myself to a mocha or capuccino, but that's usually only 2-3 times a year. :3 Sugary drinks were my weakness until I was 20 and decided to kick the habit. In trying to not fall back into the habit of consuming too much of it, I just stay away from it altogether.

I find clothes shopping depressing enough, so I don't find buying clothes in sizes I'm not to be personally helpful. xD I do have some jeans I'd like to fit back into that are smaller sizes, so I just keep those around.

Get some rest. Pain is never good, and running on it despite the pain can cause more damage. If the pain persists even though you're resting you should schedule an appointment with your doctor to make sure the pain isn't being caused by something more serious than strain (tendinitis, small tears, bursitis ...).
