Witching hour! Everyone has great ideas for snacks! I heav a bottle of water that I drink on my way home. And when I get home, I make a cup of tea. I drink the tea as I start dinner. IF I'm still hungry after the tea, then I will nibble on something. But I've found since adding tea I'm not actually hungry. Plus we start…
