Muscles help burn fat. i love to ride my bike. You can burn a lot riding for a hour or so a day. I ride to places instead of driving. It really has helped.

1000 is really not alot. If you are working out more then you need to eat more. I wouldn't force yourself to eat if your not hungry. But there are snack bars that are good and will give you about 140 cals.

Two things I like to do are serve my food on lettuce or raw spinach. it fills you up and gives you fiber. I also like to go for a bike ride for an hour. You can burn over 400 cals just for a nice hour long bike ride.

A lot of this is true. You should cut back on "white" foods (i.e. White rice, potatoes, cauliflower, most pastas). These turn into mostly sugar in your body. You should eat more. The more you work out the more you should eat. I try to end the day with 300 cals left over, if I can.

You don't have to go to black coffee. I love my coffee and use equal (zero cals) and sugar free creamer, mainly Vanilla (30 cals). Also, have some instant oatmeal with a 1/4 a cup of milk for breakfast. It will help get your body burning for the day and give you about 250 cals right there. For lunch I like to cook up a…

Great job on the 80lbs. I have been at the site for about 3 or 4 weeks and have lost 10 lbs. I have about 15 lbs left to get to my goal weight.

Your body need lots of different food to work well. Any diet that helps you lose weight really quick is not going to help cause once you are off it you will gain the weight back. I just stopped eating junk, stopped with the sodas. I try to keep myself 200 cals under my goal. I bike and workout everyday. I have lost 8lbs…

I would cut down on fruits and cut out the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Have open faced tuna sandwiches instead. I bought a food scale for $20 and use it every meal. I just take the time and it helps. I also buy a bag of lettuce and serve most meals on a bed of it . It help fill u up for very few cals.

I have been keeping track of everything and using my iPod and it has helped me so much. But if you are working out and don't lose alot of weight in a week dont get discouraged. Sometimes you gain muscle.
