Veggies are great. Carrots are good to snack on. I have been using this site for about 10 weeks and I lost about 17 lbs. If you use it it will work. If you have any questions I'm always around.

If you are working out for 400 cals you need to eat that. You shouldnt have more then 200 cals left over at teh end of the day. I do the same thing. Some times I get 600 calls from working out. I have to eat them too.

Net is what you have left over for cals. You really dont want a high net. You want to eat some of the cals you burn

I wouldn't post the cals I burned doing light anything. Sitting or just cleaning. That is kind of everyday stuff. Almost free cals. I only post the stuff I do that is like working out...riding a bike or going for a long walk. Maybe cleaning if I was doing yard work. If you burn 100 or so cals a day that you don't count,…

I would stay away from the fruit jucies...they just turn into sugar in your body. Try Soy milk. It's high in protein. You should get a big chunk of cals for breakfast. It gets your body burning for the day.

Also it gives this tingle when you hit it. Like a really bad tickle...lol. I think they call them love handles cause its something to hold on to. :wink: I know that they will be the last thing I lose. i lose it everywhere else first. I have to lose a lot of fat to get rid of them.

I wouldn't take them. Anything worth doing is worth doing right. You can get the same results with just a little hard work and eating right. You don't need a pill to do it for you.

I know how u feel. be stay strong. Some people can have a day to snack and be ok, some will fall off the wagon and it will be terrible. Good job

Very nice. I see the same kind of thing. I lose it everywhere else first. My face and arms are a little thinner. I am starting to notice it in my belly. Glad to see you are doing well.

Yea, as long as when you are done you don't have more then 400 cals left over then you should be ok. I like to try and have 100 to 300 cals extra a day. Helps me burn a little bit more.

ok, this is how I make my brown rice. I like to use a rice cooker and use a cup and a half of water for ever cup of rice. Now it will come out a little soft. That is ok. Then you put the warm rice in a bowl with some Cinnamon and sweetener and a little milk. I like to use soy milk. It's just like a nice oatmeal.

If you are trying to build more muscle then you might want to add one. But try eating higher protein food first. I use soy milk with my morning oatmeal. That adds some good protein. I also like to eat a Boca burger now and then. It's better for you then a protein shake.

What I like to do is to cook it then weigh it and divide it by how many I want it to be. So if it comes out to 24oz I make each serving 4oz.

Try spraying it then putting it in a pan and frying it like that then put the sugar on it.

If I was you I would get some of those Kellogg fiber bars for while you are hiking. They're like 140 cals each. Have one or two while you're hiking and they will help give you a little boost and eat up some of those cals you feel you're wasting, but i would not snack at night. that is a bad idea.

Where in Korea? I just got back from there in January. I lived there for 8 years. I miss it. Its a wonderful place.
