New, with a couple questions

I am new to this whole thing and am struggling to get it all figured out. I am trying to lose the 15-20 lbs I got while planning my wedding/being a newlywed. The problem I have is that I am hypoglycemic, so I have to eat fairly regularly or I get sick. This adds up pretty quickly. I am also allergic to many raw fruits and vegetables. Any suggestions for snacks I can eat in class that won't add up? And for some low-calorie non produce ideas?

    Veggies are great. Carrots are good to snack on. I have been using this site for about 10 weeks and I lost about 17 lbs. If you use it it will work. If you have any questions I'm always around.
