As long as you are close to your calorie allowance before exercise is taken into consideration then I think it's okay not to eat if you're not hungry

My daily green smoothie is 50gr kale, 25 gr spinach (or carrot tops), one broccolini, 100gr strawberries, a cup of frozen mango slices and 2 glasses of water. I use my Vitamix and it makes it very smooth. Measurements are not really important, it's just a habit I've got into.
