HI! I'm 5'7 and started at 235. I'm now 198. That's 37 lbs in 12 weeks. :) I have pictures in my profile at 6 weeks and 12 weeks. It's hard work but it can be done!! This site is wonderful.

For the first time in our 19 years of marriage I do weigh less! WooHoo! I was less than him while we dated but our sweet Honeymoon baby put me over him within 6months. DH is starting his own journey & he ALWAYS losses quickly so really need to bust by butt to keep under him. :) But I reallly like that I weigh less than him…

Be careful what you wish for. After 19 years of marriage, there are days I tell my husband, "Your humor brought us together and it might just tear us apart." Love that he is so funny, just at times, funny isn't what I want or need at that time.

Level 2 Day 1 today. I was SO sweaty. Really don't like the "plank" position. Pretty much kicked my butt. But I go through. Huffing, puffing and panting but I did the entire workout. Haven't missed a day yet :) Feeling stronger and excited to complete this 30 days! Happy shredding!!

Started to add teh Trader Joe's Valencia Peanut Butter with roasted Flax seed to my daily oatmeal. Amazing!! I am really full and satisfied. Enjoy your peanut butter!

Do you have a 2nd hand or thrift store around. A black skirt, slacks and a couple tops can get you through! Maybe a cute cardigan or blazer. Can you borrow from a friend? Enjoy the victory! Hope you get it worked out!!

I, too, have discovered Blue Diamond Vanilla Almond Milk. I nuke 12 oz in the microwave for a minute and then add about 2-3 oz coffee. Nice Latte substitute. Level 1 day 3 here! Hurts to get up from a sitting position. Gosh, it hurts to sit. Sore legs! Excited about the results though!

I started 11/11/11 at 237. My goal right now is 160. I think I will be about a US 10 at that weight. We will see. I weigh in and take measurments every 6 week . At last WI I was 205 and had lost 21 1/2 inches. Nice to see lots of fellow 5' 7"er!
