I weigh and measure every six weeks. The scale affects my mood TOO much! A good WI and I'm fine but a negative WI and I am hard to deal with! I like my hubby & kids too much to keep putting them through it. So in 6 weeks of good foods & exercise I always show a loss. Happy mommy, happy family!

Great job!! I was a sahm for 14 years. Hardest job I've ever LOVED!!! Way to make yourself a priority!! Hard to do. Jusy remember: Your needs are as important as everyone elses needs!!! Keep up the awesome work.

Yeah for you!! Work place food can be difficult. P.S. I asked for fruit to celebrate my birthday at my office this year. Our office manager bought a cheesecake and strawberries and blueberries. The cheese cake was around for over a week, the fruit didn't make it one day. Just shows you, people WILL eat good food!
