    pullups/pull down
    Seated row/barbell row
    dips
    Overhead press

I have huge bingo wings due to previous weight loss and not doing any arm exercises. Will these help tone them even though it's just excess skin?

    Thanks in advance.

Don't forget to do pushups on your knees. This hits the triceps too. Especially if you switch your arm position.

    "Move 04
    Lying Triceps Extension

Lie face-up on a bench and hold a pair of dumbbells above your head, arms straight and palms facing each other. Without moving your upper arms, bend your elbows to lower the dumbbells until they are at either side of your head. Pause, then lift the weights back to the starting position. That's one rep."

At the boot camp I go to we do these with body bars...for obvious reasons, they are called "skull-crushers" :)

I did this today for the first time in my first trainer session. On a foam roller. That was evil :P

well this sets the women strength training movement back about a decade....

This statement sums it up the best, I think. Women, we have been LIED TO for many, many, many years!

You will see some results from this if you have never lifted weights before, but you will get much better, faster results from using heavier weights, low reps and compound movements.
