i just tried this and it was great.. just the right amout for an after lunch snack... one thing i dont get.. i am trying to figure out the calories, because it obviously going to very when you get different cake mix. how is it only 42 Calories and what other cake mix did you use. i dont think im using the recipe builder…

so far for the month of january i have ran 17.50 miles.. i know a little down from where i am suppose to be, but i did hurt my pinky toe and have taking it slow getting out when i can, and this past week i have been under the weather so trying to do what i can.. but i will be kicking it back up and i have a few runs…
