Oops, yes, you need dumbells for her videos. I'm using 3-5 lbs to start, but have 8-10 ready to go as well. You will receive a very nice resistance band with the set. I was hesitant when I first saw the price, but now I feel that it is well worth it!!

Here's a strange one...I ordered mine on the 20th. I see the money deducted out of my account yesterday, but no confirmation email. I just checked my email, nothing again, AND the deduction is no longer there. Has this happened to anyone else? I am so ready to start this!!

I personally found that when I increased my calories, the scale started to move. I wasn't eating enough good carbs, so my body was in a constant fight for what little I was eating. I ordered mine yesterday! So excited!! I doubt I will be following the 1000-1200 calories per day. Too low energy for me. I finally started eating 1400/1500 cal a day (5-6 300-350 cal meals), not only do I have better energy, but the scale finally started moving. Make sure you find what is right for your body. Try Turbo Jam or Turbo Fire DVD's. I use Turbo Jam; started on 12/6 and have lost over 10 inches so far! Cardio kickboxing is great for an all over workout!! Good luck!!

I started the same, as in eating 1200 a day. Then soon found that once I increased my calories by 100 or 200 a day, not only did the scale start moving, but I felt sooo much better.
