Has anyone looked into Les Mills Pump from Beachbody? It's a bit pricey, but looks really good, for a home w/o?

I found that when I reached cardio2, that I can't do it. It's way to much pounding on my knees. I ordered the new no impact Turbo Fire. I love it, and getting a much higher calorie burn that JMBR cardio videos.

Also....loved the lat pull/ sit ups....but what the....weighted superman's...I tried to use 3 lb's...and my hands turned to me like sock puppets and asked what meds I started taking?!? :bigsmile:

You may need to increase you calories. That was my "a ha" moment. Keep your metabolism guessing. I learned the hard way, that if you don't eat enough good carbs, that the scale does not budge. I literally have increased my day by 500 calories. Have you checked your BMR under tools? Make sure to eat all of your NET calories…

Excellent Advice!! It almost sounds as if you're trying to do too much too soon and will burn out? Congrats on making healthy lifestyle changes!!! Try a routine (like Jillian Michaels Body Revolution) that has constant changes and challenges, while working at a steady pace. And definitely give yourself one day to rest…
