I agree here, not to mention wearing out your joints! Believe me, you'll feel it when you reach the 40's abd 50's!!!

One trick I use is, if I have something like an enchilada, I put it steaming hot on top of a salad.. If I have a bowl of hot soup, I dump it on top of a hand full of spinach, or greens.. makes you feel like you're eating more, plus added nutrition!

When you want to eat, do something else, like crunches, stretches, yoga, take a walk/run, call a friend, etc.. It's important to replace what is not good with something that is... Keep your mind focused on what is positive and good. Keep your goals in the forefront of your mind, anticipating how wonderful it will be to see…

I agree! I have small wrists but know I am not a small frame. I have always felt that from my elbows down did not match with the rest of my body, lol...
