YES! I cannot eat seafood, try as I might...I just don't like the taste and I really WANT to like it! It's very frustrating because seafood is so healthy and good for you, but as soon as I put it in my mouth, my tummy does sumersalts :P

People do it differently, but the important thing is that you do it the same everytime. For weightloss purposes, its better to measure the biggest part of your leg, arm, waist, etc.

I use equal amounts of coffee & soy/almond milk. Right now I'm using pumpkin spice soy milk which is a treat as it is higher in calories than I usually allow.

I had a spinach and broccoli quiche I made with asparagus poatoes (cubed potatoes and cut up asparagus) It was yummy! I also had blueberry tea with lemon and Truvia - cause im feeling a little under the weather.

You could do pumpkin spice pancakes. I don't have a recipe, but you can use any pancake recipe and just add smashed pumpkin and cinnamon or any other spice you'd like.

I use 3lb weights, but when I progress more and get stronger, I plan on switching to 5lb weights. I LOVE 30DS!!! :D
