I totally agree. I've posted questions on here numerous times & instead of getting real answers or advice I get people judging me because my calories are set at 1200. The crazy part is these "helpful persons" don't even bother to check my height or weight.

Every time I get a sweet tooth I reach for a Quest protein bar or make a protein shake (my favorite flavor is Reese's). These tend to satisfy my sweet tooth without ruining all my hard work. :)

I use Herbalife. I know that there is perhaps better options out there, but I'm all about taste & I love it! My favorites are their cookies & cream, pumpkin Spice & chocolate (I add PB2, it tastes like a reese's!).

I absolutely love them. I am addicted to the Reeses shake. I also love a lot of there supplements. But that's just me, I've lost 22 pounds now and have about 10 more to go :-)

Herbalife has a peach mango beverage mix that I like to add into plain Greek yogurt. It greatly improved the taste and addS 15 more grams of protein! :-)

I make sure to eat alot of veggies, usually cooked and flavored with garlic and other spices.

I love Herbalife! I use the Dutch chocolate mix, with milk, bananas & peanut butter. Yum!! Since I hate to cook or to even prepare meals the Herbalife shakes are perfect for me. I have lost weight & feel great!

I go by the one that has the lowest calories lost. I'd rather underestimate my calories burned than over estimate them. I'm sure there's a better way to log, but this has worked for me.

I used to believe that if I cracked my knuckles enough I would one day be able to walk on them. This was told to me to get me to stop cracking my knuckles. But all I did was crack them more to see how big they would grow.
