Finished day 3 of level 1 this morning! It is getting a little easier and I am starting to feel a little stronger! I decided to give myself a reward if I finish this on time, a new yoga mat! Keep it up everyone!

Level 1 Day 2 done! Good job everyone, keep it up!! I also did 30 minutes of yoga today, it was a nice cool down after doing the ripped!

I am so glad that I saw this post!! I had actually started it yesterday, but lost the motivation today, not happy at all about this! Just finished day 2 of level 2, well technically day 1.5 since I was interrupted in my workout quite a bit last night! I am able to do the plank moves about halfway through with the more advanced then switched to the easier moves. I am determined to get all the way through doing the advanced ones though!!
