@Ddbrown - Hot, and not just cuz you're in the sun!!

I don't mind the shrinkage at all, I actually welcomed it, but it's the lack of perkiness now that is disappointing.

I have a fitbit one and love it; however, if/when I ever need to replace it, I will get the flex because it is water resistant. On my android phone I like to use the Runtastic app for all my walks, runs, bikes. It uses GPS (I believe) and seems to be accurate most of the time. It also syncs with MFP, which I love!

People really only started noticing I lost when I started wearing smaller clothes. Great job on your weight loss and keep up the good work. Hopefully you have before and during pictures. Keep them close to you to always remind you of the great work you're doing. Remember, this isn't really a "diet"; it's a lifestyle change…

REALLY GREAT SEX!

Just go and have fun, but keep your portions down. Don't get carried away, and don't worry about trying to log it all. It works if it's only once in a while. Maybe add in a little extra exercise that day!

Keopplinger's multi grain light - 35 calories/slice (I believe). This is what I've been buying lately.

I have been doing it now for about a month. I do that video with some lifting every other day, and cardio on the opposite days. I like it this way. I have not seen a change on the scale but other people keep asking me if I've lost more weight, so it must be toning something.

Whew!! I split it into two sets of 150, but I did it!

Not sure I can actually do 300, but I'll give it a try!

Sleep in! book or e-reader?

Have you recorded your measurements? Keep track of them more closely than the number on the scale. Your measurements will be a better indicator of how you are doing. Just keep at it!

This night to be over, then sleep. Then the next 2 nights to be over so I am on to my eight nights off! And wine coolers!

I run my food log from midnight to midnight. Not too concerned with which "meal" I call breakfast, lunch, or dinner, as long as I log everything in that 24 hour period. I work 7p - 7a six nights in a row, then switch to a day schedule for eight days off every other week.

Is the "customer" REALLY always right?? Often times I think not!

I am a nurse who works six 12 hour night shifts in a row, then have eight off. I have done this for 12 years now. It used to be easier to sleep all day. Now I find myself waking up around noon most days and tossing and turning the rest of the afternoon. Generally after doing that for four in a row I sleep really well on…

I don't know how people can stay under 1200cal. I have such a hard time staying close to 1200 without going way over.
-
2 lb. weights are good to start with, then after awhile I could switch to 5 lb. weights for a lot of the workout. Sometimes I switch between the two in the middle of a workout. Still working on getting "good" at level one before moving on to level two. Not exactly doing it like she suggests, but I really like the workout.

I think that sounds like a great motivator! Worth a try!
