I suck it up and just do my exercise. I do have to be careful as I can bleed heavily and feel faint due to lower iron levels. Sometimes I also wear 2 sports tops to limit movement lol. But I always feel better for doing my exercise afterwards.

Doing weights specific for chest will help. As it will firm up the muscles that hold the girls up. But sorry don't think they will ever be the same as when we were in our 20s. Other wise a nice bra and chicken filts ( that's the fake inserts) will perk them up. Good luck
