I hope you realize how amazing you are. :) I'm glad you chose to post these pictures. It's amazing how much we can change if we just keep trying. Instead of dressing on the salad, use salsa. It's good. :D And it gets you to eat salsa without chips and salad without dressing.

I've been a vegetarian for almost three years and a vegan for almost two. Add me if you like. :D My food isn't all that interesting, though, because I live on campus at college and eat at the cafeteria. I am lucky, however, to have a cafeteria with vegan options. :)
