I did program my height and weight. I think that makes sense that it is for cardio because that number was closer to being accurate during the run. I always under-estimate but these numbers are ridiculous. I did not use them in my log as that is out of control. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll shop around!

Thanks! I'm reading reviews online and everyone raves about the taste. I wonder if mine is seriously expired. They do not sell much supplements at my gym so maybe it's been in that cabinet for a while. I want good quality, but it has to taste good.

No I never do eat beforehand. That's a good point. Usually it is the first thing I do in the morning. maybe a glass of water and then get going. I force myself to eat after. I have a protein shake and try to put some food in my body. Thanks.

I have been really off track. Not even recording lately as I have been too focused on lifting. I ran 3.5 today and 2.0 yesterday. After that, I really do not remember. I would like to try for 100 still - it would be a challenge, but I would love to try.

I am in the same position. I am trying to add weight, but I was told the body can only take on so much protein at once - then it turns to fat. I'll give you a few ideas as well as an article. -Push ups are great upper body workouts and you can add variations with wide, standard, military, staggered grips, etc. The nice thing is you can basically do maximum reps and keep a log and try to do more…
