I think I got a case of the BAD workouts
I overslept today so had to get in some workout before coming to work. I did 235 pushups (standard, wide, military, decline, etc. - mixed it up) and 231 ab exercises (crunches, v-up rollup, leg raises - basically ab ripper x). Do you log Miscellaneous Exerises?
I have my setting set to Sedentary daily activity due to my desk job. I usually only log exercises such as running or lifting. However, I golfed yesterday while walking and carrying clubs for 3 hours. That has to be a pretty significant calorie burn? Should I log that exercise? I also coach baseball and throwing 25 min of…

I have a cheap Sportline HRM that I got at Walmart. And I am guessing you get what you pay for because it seems to be seriously over-estimating my calories burned. I ran for 45 minutes today - about 5.25 miles --- 823 calories burned. Grabbed some water and a snack then hit the gym within 30 minutes. Lifted for 55 minutes…
