Non Scale Victory.....meaning your scale hasnt budged but your pants are loose, or your belt needs more holes, or you start to see muscles or ribs you havent seen before. Anything other than your scale that let's you know youre losing....:)

I would say "dont believe the hype". Diet Pills of any kind, in my opinion are not only a rip off but unhealthy for we never know what it is in them. You want mango? eat mango...yummy!

C25k aka Ease into 5K has me running, which I couldnt do before starting it. I totally love this app and tell everyone I know about it. It's an awesome app!!! Good luck :)

Totally agree....endurance is more important, speed will come later. Sometimes when I feel like "OMG kill me now" I slow down a bit just to be able to complete the running interval. For me that fact that I'm able to run is wonderful, even if Im running slower than the person who is walking alongside me :)

Ease to 5k aka Couch to 5k or C25K is a great program. I'm currently repeating week 4 because I came down with bronchitis and had to take a rest and let my body heal. However, starting Week 5 hopefully Thursday. I have never ran a day in my life, and shamefully, I am a heavy smoker and this program has definitely helped…
