For me the 1240ish calories made me feel foggy and tired. How long have you been on the new change with more calories? It takes time for your body to adjust to something new. Isn't the reason to do this to feel better, have more energy, instead of attaining a number? I know how frustrating this is, it's a journey not a…

Seriously lots of fuddy duddies on here. I say LIVE IT UP!! You're in college, these are the times to do crazy (but still safe) things. You have the rest of your life to count calories and obsess over your weight. And only a few years where you aren't tied down by kids and/or a mortgage. LIFE YOUR LIFE! CREATE STORIES that…

Try to find some kind of exercise that you LOVE. For me it is killing my husband in racquetball. We both lve it so much we don't even feel that we are burning calories. Good luck to you. You can totally do this and what your son needs more than anything is for his mom to be healthy.

1800-2000 The food I've been craving, but haven't eaten all week. I'm down 23 so far.

It's a process. Don't weigh yourself everyday if it is going to sabotage you. Have a cheat day, and eat small meals 6-8 times a day and exercse for at least 30 minutes 4-5 days a week and it will come off. Slowly, but it will work. Try to keep your heart rate in the fat burning zone when you exercise 60-70% max.

Get a heart monitor and excercise in the fat burning zone. Been doing this, eating 1340 ish calories each day, exercising around 500-600 calories each day, (From former couch potato lifestyle) and in 55 days have lost almost 22 lbs. You can do this!

Can you go to the gym at an off time? Our Rec Center is mostly older people from 10am-2pm. The lifting machines (Which give you a great variety of areas to work) are used by people of all ages, the free weights are pretty much men. They also have a learn how to strength train class, that is free but gets you an idea how to…
