Hello to everyone. I am vegan and can offer support, tips and recipes. Everyone here can friend me as I need support and friends as well. I have no vegan friends here at home and it gets pretty darn lonely when I want to talk about anything vegan. S.A.D. eaters all around me.

Hi, I have 7 with 6 still at home. Started on mfp a few years back and then switched to the webmd fitness tracker. Husband gave me a fitbit for Christmas and I love it! Try eating a small orange or banana before you workout. It gives you the energy you need to get through the workout so you will not feel like your starving to death when you are done. Never do a workout when you are fasting( Skipping meals like breakfast) because you are more than likely to binge afterwards and justify it…

Hi, You seem to be on the right track. Exercise that is purposful is always smart. It will become a habit and if you stop even though you may not be losing you may very well start gaining back.
