204.2 :) slow and steady i guess... but i have done well with my calorie goals!

today's weight=205.5 1lb lost. I can see areas to improve on next week.

Starting weight on 1/1/11 is 206.5. Goal weight for 2/14/11 is 192 Starting the 30 day Shred today! and hopefully a Zumba class on Wed. 2012 will definitely see a new me!

Fresh or frozen green beans... about 2-3 cups maybe... First, in your pan, combine and heat 1Tbs of Olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 3Tbs of Braggs Liguid Aminos (or soy sauce works too). Then add the green beans and saute. 7-10 min and your are done. They have become my family's favorite!
