I've lost 15lbs since early January. I've tried to eat between 1200 and 1500 calories but never make it that high. I've been eating lots of veggies and fruit and working out four days a week for at least an hour. Hope i can keep it up!

Thank you so much for your suggestion. I figured most of it was water weight that's why i want to get a healthy habit formed now. I'm really confused reading this. I'm new to this site (about 30 days in) and feel so good about losing 15 lbs already.
