There are odorless, non-burp versions of it, but two things I've found that work pretty good with the non-odorless versions is taking them with a meal and storing them in the fridge. It's a good idea to store them in the fridge anyway as they will keep longer than being out in your medicine cabinet or kitchen pantry.

1/29/2013 - 2.32 miles on the elliptical 1/30/2013 - 4.64 miles on the elliptical 124.51 miles down and 49.51 over my goal. Also finally broke through the 24-hour mark for the month and I'm sitting at 1555.5 minutes. Don't know if I can match that in February, but glad that I was able to get it done in January.

I'm going to shoot for 100 in February even though I think I'm going to start doing more lifting/strength in the gym to shake things up to get past a six/seven-month plateau.

Nearly a pound and half a week over a 8 weeks is nothing to be disappointed over. That's putting up fairly good numbers. Keep up the good work. 10.78 miles on the elliptical and cycle to start the year. Hadn't planned that much, but when I got to the gym, the ellipticalls were all taken. By the time one opened up, I was already about 9 miles in on the cycle. Guess I'll just have to get there earlier next time.

Just got a FitBit for Christmas yesterday from my in-laws. Used it yesterday and today for about 24-hours of tracking.
