  • i'd like to be included. Lost 30 in 7 weeks but now stuck, maybe even gained a few without much effort. Watching everything. Working out 10-12 time weekly, watching evertyhing in the mouth.
  • I think it takes a little time fro the body to get used to it. It will retian if we starve it of water so it takes a little time to reverse it. But if you star t the day off with 16 ounces and end it wiht the same, you only have to drink 4 more 8 ounce cups a day.
