For 30 minutes....according to the HRM I burn 376 ....according to MFP I burn 495.

I am an ice cream person so the Skinny Cow ice cream sanwiches do the trick for me! They are pretty big and super yummy : ) 140 cals for an ice cream sandwaich..Not a bad way to end the day and take care of the sweet tooth!

I am at my all time highest weight 240. So I all in the same boat with you ladies! I just started this program this week and I am LOVING it. I have been one and off of Weight Watchers more times than I can count. I like this set-up alot better. It is like facebook for diets! Plus on WW you are not really sure what makes up…
