I too work out twice a week and watch what I eat and I'm going on a cruise next year and don't want to be in a 16 anymore. I lost 7 pounds in 6 weeks... but the scale goes back and forth... I think you just have to stick with it. I think I'm going to talk with a trainer and see if I can't get some meal plans and exercise…
