Don'r sweat it. I literally have been doing week 7 for a month. I just can't seem to get through it. I am determined to get it done and I don't care how many weeks it takes. Well I guess I better get it done soon though I want to run my first 5K this fall.

Have something good for lunch, take a 15 minute walk and I guarantee you'll start feeling better.
-
I feel you.

I guess they can't call you Big Head anymore.

This site is alot cheaper than WW. I find it more supportive and no one is constantly trying to sell you books and gadgets.
-
Count me in. What do I do next?
-
I'm glad you mentionned that. It's just cruel isn't it?:explode:

Sounds interesting. I'm stuck on week 7 of C25K. If I ever complete it I'll give OHR a try.

I did not know that one day my thighs wouldn't jiggle I did not know that I'd need to set a new weight lose goal having achieved the one I'd never dreamed possible I did not know I could run 25 minutes non-stop I did not know that my arms could grow. I can now scratch any part of my back. I did not know that anything other…

I log in 3 or 4 times a day, sometimes more. I have found great friends and support on this site and I love seeing what they are up to. As you add new friends you'll get support from them and you'll be able to support them as well. It makes logging in fun.

Are you using your phone? You can log on anytime.

Oh boy. I am almost ashamed to say that it looks good. I would not eat it though. TruSunshine has it right. The old me would have.

There are so many out there. I have a Polar F6 and love it. Check out the Polar website and do some comparison shopping. The web tells you all you need to know. My strongest suggestion would be to use a chest strap. Just the watch cannot accurate track anything. The HRM will make you challenge yourself and I love/hate…

Oh boy, I looked because I was wondering why you had thick poopies.

First congratulations on your run. I am training for a 5K using C25K. I want to give a 5K a try this fall. I just don't want to be the last one coming in. Do some people stop and walk?

Your dad is adorable. Take those compliments any way you can get them. Congrats on the smaller *kitten*.

I think they just assume you're cooking the egg in something. I'd just use the 80 colorie egg if I were you.

Great article. Thanks for looking out for us.

Congratulations! Time to post some before and after pix.

Had uterine fibroids and a cough, sneeze, or laugh would bring on the urine. I had to have a hysterectomy. No fun but I no longer have the problem unless my bladder is ful full full. I don't suggest this as a solution though. There probably is a solution. Go ahead and talk to the Dr.

5 weeks for me seem more like 5 months. My scale doesn't move like that.
-
Hey Mandi. weren't people giving you this same advice a few weeks back? I too am struggling. I've been the same weight for months now. There are days when I can easily go over but I usually struggle to get 1200. Scared to eat more.

How old is your daughter. It sounds to me like a wonderful opportunity to make some healthy snacks with your daughter.

Some days I just cannot put in a lot of time at once. I may take a 30 minute walk at lunch time then another walk after dinner. The trick is to get moving. The more you move the easier it will be to find the time to do more.
-
You weighed yourself too soon and at a different time. You are probably doing just fine. Don't beat yourself up.
-
Thanks for all the healthy tips.

All these comments are making me hungry. I was already in the mood for brocol irabe. Now looks like I've got to stop and get some spaghetti squash. I too cook in in half-face down.
