My head is shrinking

Yesterday I was doing some work in the yard. It was hot and sunny outside, so I reached for one of my baseball caps I haven't worn in quite a while. I put it on and it was loose. I thought that was weird so I grabbed a different hat and it too was loose. Then it hit me that as part of the 60 pounds I have lost my head is smaller. Who knew.... I adjusted my hat and went out to do my work. I have been thinking about it since and know that you loose weight from all over your body. I have had to tighten my watch band and my pants are falling off me and I have to wear a belt. I even had to shorten my belt. But adjusting the fit of my hats was a big surprise.
