That's amazing, well done!

I'm from Austria. The two major misconceptions about this place are: - we wear Lederhosen, we communicate by yodeling, and we're all mountain farmers. - Austria is where the kangaroos live.

I love when people complain about people complaining. :D

I just didn't feel comfortable in my own skin anymore. I was tired of feeling like I could do so much better. I guess the final straw was when I had to buy a new swimsuit and looked at myself from behind in the mirror in the changing room. I was shocked and just thought, holy flab, Batman! It wasn't me in that mirror. I've…

The thing with extremely low calories is that the weight loss that comes from it is not a sustainable thing at all. Once you go back to eating a fairly normal amount of calories, you gain all of the weight back and then some. Starvation response itself is mainly about the body breaking down glycogen and protein from your…

I lost the weight of an average 2-year-old -- not that much, but that comparison makes it sound like a lot, haha. Goal: an elephant's heart.

Noisy eaters! I'm not even sure why I hate eating noises so much, but when someone chews and munches so loudly the neighbours can hear it and talks with half a chicken in their mouth, I have to excuse myself and leave the room. Just can't handle it. Also, I generally have a hard time dealing with close-minded people and…

Bladder.

Dogs (and unfortunately, people judge me for this one a lot) and vomiting (mainly hearing/seeing other people vomit).

Same here, MFP tends to overestimate quite a bit.

1. I have become pretty judgmental about other people's eating habits. When I see my Dad cooking a meal and putting incredible amounts of butter, cheese, and salt on it, I cringe and really have trouble resisting the urge to lecture him. 2. When I hear a song I don't like (classic: Adele - Someone Like You) on the radio in…

^ I second that. MFP really tends to overestimate your calories burned by far.

I feel your pain, the lunches my Uni canteen offers are pretty greasy and the healthy alternatives are usually completely unpalatable. I bought myself a bento box and usually fill it with different kinds of salads and a wholewheat sandwich or wrap, eggs, müesli, fresh or steamed vegetables, fruit, nuts, ... I usually…

My legs and arms.

Mine are currently a very tacky sparkly apricot colour. :)

A little chest hair isn't so bad. I didn't think so before I met my hubby, though, so it probably depends on the guy.

43, some of which aren't really active any more. I do talk to a handful regularly.

Hahahahaha! Made my day.

I'm from a quiet, beautiful Austrian mountain town called Innsbruck. It's very tourist-ey and famous for winter sports (hosted the Olympic Winter Games twice in history and the Youth Olympic Games this year) and its lovely historic town centre. Although it's definitely not a very big town, it has a cosmopolitan flair to…

I'm a firm believer that everything is fine in moderation, so I have a cheat meal every once in a while. I don't have entire cheat days, though, because I never feel the need to have one. Healthy eating has definitely become a habit for me by now.

Thanks for sharing, I'll definitely try this tomorrow :)

Wow, you look fantastic! Great job!

Ugh, guess who won't be able to sleep tonight :/. When I was younger, I'd sometimes wake up at night and hear things/see things moving through the room/feel something falling on my bed/lights flying at me. Turns out it was just sleep paralysis/hypnagogic hallucinations, which aren't even an uncommon phenomenon. Still…

Yeah, I do still weigh more than my hubby. He's a few inches taller than me and naturally thin, while I'm curvy. We're both trying to tone up, hopefully he'll gain weight doing it, and I'll shed some more pounds.

Austria! :)

Jacky Ido. Most beautiful lips ever.

My lower belly, my hips and my back. Yes, my back. I actually look fine from the front, but today, I went shopping for a new bikini and my rear view almost shocked me a bit. Really, it looks as though I carried my baby in my back, not my belly. Just glad it's still winter and in a few months - fingers crossed - it'll have…

I had my baby boy last July. I started working out and eating healthily around 6 weeks PP, and have lost about 19 lbs so far. I didn't put on too much weight during pregnancy, but my body definitely isn't the same any more. I'm trying to lose about 26 more lbs and then tone up quite a bit :)

It doesn't really say much about me except I like Star Wars and cats, and I speak Russian. :p
